Bedding and the bathroom were clean with no dust and no stray hairs present. All lights, fixtures and outlets were working properly. I stayed in the platinum tower(this is the newer tower the other tower is the royal) and rooms were generally clean and well kept. It took under 4 minutes to complete the process.
